Sunday Worship

St Mary's is in an exciting place developing new patterns of worship and creativity together as a community.

Currently we have two Sunday morning gatherings.  

 

A traditional quiet Book of Common Prayer service at 8am followed later by a 10am Communion service using Common Worship liturgy.  We are beginning to explore how we bring together some of our traditions with a more contemporary expression of worship and are very excited about this as we journey ahead.

 

Once a month, on the first Sunday, instead of our usual communion service have an all age Cafe church.  We have breakfast and share a more informal time of worship together.

 

As the civic church we are also privileged to host many key services for the town throughout the year.
