Bridgwater Well-being Wednesday
(2nd + 4th Wednesday of each month

Bridgwater well-being Wednesdays are a place for people to come to be together and explore their emotional well-being in an inclusive, mutual,  welcoming space where every person is respected.  There are eight different areas in the building for you to explore to support positive mental health.
